Delivery Policy

EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking)
If you need a quicker option, we can arrange EMS delivery. It usually arrives within 5-9 days from the date the order is sent, and is shipped via Express Mail Service. Please note the cut-off time for this option is 14 days. A tracking code will be provided for all orders once they have been dispatched.
Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery)
Delivery usually takes 14-21 days from the date the order is sent. Please note the cut-off time for this option is 30 days. Orders are sent discreetly as noted above and delivered to your mailbox. Parcels sent by this postal service cannot be tracked.
Weekend orders are processed on Monday. You will automatically receive an email when your order is approved and shipped.
Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Large orders (more than 120 pills) will be shipped in 2 separate parcels and will not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand-name medicines will also be sent separately and will not arrive together.

Refund and Returns Policy
